湖北華盛建設(shè)有限公司系湖北省建筑安裝施工企業(yè)，成立于二OO三年六月，由中國化學(xué)工程第十六建設(shè)公司第六工程公司整體改制而來。公司按照市場運(yùn)行的模式，自主經(jīng)營、獨立核算、自負(fù)盈虧，具有獨立法人經(jīng)濟(jì)實體。公司位于中國長江三峽明珠城——湖北省宜昌市。
公司擁有建筑工程施工總承包貳級、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程專業(yè)承包貳級、建筑機(jī)電安裝工程專業(yè)承包貳級、石油化工工程施工總承包叁級資質(zhì)，持有湖北省質(zhì)量技術(shù)監(jiān)督局頒發(fā)的GC2級壓力管道安裝改造維修許可證。公司擁有對外勞務(wù)合作經(jīng)營資格證書，為中國施工企業(yè)協(xié)會滑模工程分會理事單位，中國對外承包商會會員單位。
截止目前，公司在冊職工253人，其中各類專業(yè)管理人員157人，一級建造師10人，二級建造師13人，長年合作勞務(wù)隊伍2000余人。公司現(xiàn)有各類大中型施工機(jī)具523臺套，設(shè)備技術(shù)裝備率62572元/人，動力裝備率23.2KW/人，設(shè)備完好率92%，年施工生產(chǎn)能力4億元人民幣以上。

Hubei Huasheng Construction Co.,Ltd. is an engineering construction enterprise which was established in June 2003 and restructured from No.6 Engineering Co., Ltd. in China National Chemical Engineering No.16 Construction Co., Ltd. It is an economic entity with independent operation, independent accounting and full responsibility for profits or losses. It is located in Yichang city, Hubei province-a pearl city of Three Gorges in China.
The company possesses second grade qualification of general contracting for house construction, second grade qualification of processional contracting for steel structure work, second grade qualification of professional contracting for electromechanical equipment installation project, general contracting qualification of third grade of professional contracting for petrochemical equipment pipeline installation and has been awarded with the license of installation, modification and maintenance for GC2 pressure piping by Hubei Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau. The company has been certified for foreign labor cooperation service and has been a council unit of Slip Form Branch of China Association of Construction Enterprise Management and a member of China International Contractors Association.
